Field Care Instructions: DO NOT gut or make any cuts. Keep out of sunlight. Make sure nothing lays across fish causing a shadow on it. Freeze as soon as possible after wrapping in plastic, keeping all air out. Take pictures--makes it easier to restore natural colors.

we ask that you:
Conform to all State and Federal Regulations
Pay a 50% nonrefundable deposit on all work
Bring in only healthy specimens and only those in good condition.
Upon completion of your work, you will be notified by mail and the balance will be due within 30 days. Mounts that are not claimed within that 30 days will be sold or a 15% storage fee will be charged monthly. If necessary, please see us to make other arrangements.

Disclaimer: Forkhorn Taxidermy Studio is not responsible for hair slip, loss of color, scale slip or fin splitting on fish, or feather slip on birds (which can occur during moulting season) caused by bacterial or mechanical causes. Duplication of subject will be as close as possible. It is understood that once the subject is mounted, the subject cannot be repositioned or redone in any way. Completed items are to be picked up within 30 days from notification of completion. Items not picked up within this time frame will become the property of Forkhorn Taxidermy Studio and may be sold as Forkhorn Taxidermy Studio deems appropriate.
